The Happy Jack Team must be notified through our website “Contact Us” page within 3 days of delivery regarding your concerns with our product(s). Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon with the Happy Jack Team.
